The AFC West leading Kansas City Chiefs (5-1) take their act to the Bay Area to take on the “we’ve lost four straight” Oakland Raiders (2-4) in a critical Thursday Night matchup that could break the season for the Silver & Black.

Who to root for?

I have a rule of thumb when it comes to hated rivals. If one team is ahead of the Denver Broncos in the standings and the other is not, always root for the team in front to choke and fail.

So tonight, I hope Derek Carr becomes pre-2015 Peyton Manning and shreds the Chiefs secondary like it is a junior varsity high school unit. I want Alex Smith to get panic-benched by Andy Reid for the rookie Patrick Mahomes.

In short, I want the Raiders to win and I don’t even care if people hate that I said it. Beat the damn Chiefs!
