Adam Gotsis knows how crucial Sunday is.
After the last two games ended in drubbings, and in the midst of a five-game losing streak, the Denver Broncos have no room for error. One could make the argument that’s the been the case the last two weeks, but as is the case in the NFL it’s all about the current game.
On Friday’s The Afternoon Drive, Eric Goodman and Les Shapiro talked with Gotsis about whether the Broncos (3-6) just need to focus on what they do or have to know what the Cincinnati Bengals (3-6) do to end this streak of terrible games. Gotsis had the veteran response, remember he’s in his second year in Denver, when he said it’s not an either or scenario. For the Broncos to keep their season alive, Gotsis said they must do both.
The whole interview Gotsis did with Eric and Les is great stuff and gives Broncos Country an insight into his and the team’s approach as they head into Sunday.
