Should Broncos trade Trevor Siemian this offseason?

The move to Brock Osweiler could make Trevor Siemian expenable

Eric Goodman and Les Shapiro had an interesting take on the Afternoon Drive following the news that Deshaun Watson may have torn his ACL in Houston. Trade Trevor Siemian for a draft pick. It could be beneficial to both teams.

Siemian’s time for the Denver Broncos as a starter is likely over. His value is nowhere near as high as it was at the end of training camp. However, need is an interesting motivator. With the trade deadline gone, this would be a trade for next season. Not knowing the extent of the injury to DeShaun Watson, the chance to move Siemian would have been ideal.

The Texans look like they are signing Matt McGloin, but the idea of moving Siemian has to be appealing. Can the Broncos get any value for him at this point? Probably not, but should the opportunity present itself, it would be difficult to think that John Elway wouldn’t jump at the chance.
