Denver Broncos quarterback Trevor Siemian has been carted back to the Broncos locker room after suffering a shoulder injury after being sacked during the teams last offensive series.
Injury update for the Broncos: QB Trevor Siemian (left shoulder) is questionable to return.

According to the Broncos, Siemian is questionable to return. Backup Brock Osweiler will get the remaining reps under center for the Broncos.
Siemian started out slow throwing an ugly interception and going 0-3 in the red zone prior to being hurt. This is now Siemian’s fourth shoulder injury since last summer.
Update:
Trevor Siemian has been ruled out for the remainder of the game due to this shoulder injury per reports.
Trevor Siemian out with a left shoulder injury. He had offseason surgery on that shoulder.

With how serious this injury looks, I’d assume Siemian will be the 12th Broncos player to be placed on the season-ending injured reserve in the coming days.
Brock Osweiler is the only healthy Broncos quarterback on the roster as of now.
