Will Broncos turn the tank back on by moving to Paxton Lynch?

New, comments

With the eight-game losing streak snapped, do the Denver Broncos move to Paxton Lynch in the final two games?

NFL: Cincinnati Bengals at Denver Broncos Ron Chenoy-USA TODAY Sports

After Brock Osweiler came in and lit up the Indianapolis Colts on Thursday Night Football, I thought for sure he would be the starter int he final two games with Trevor Siemian having been moved to injured reserved with a shoulder injury.

However, with reports surfacing that Vance Joseph would be retained in 2018 and with that two-game winning streak, attention seems to have shifted from finishing strong to evaluating Paxton Lynch.

If all of those rumors and reports are true, then the Broncos are, indeed, turning the tank back on for 2017.

Currently, the Broncos are picking 9th in the 2018 NFL Draft, so losing out will only help improve that draft position.
