Denver Broncos Head Coach Vance Joseph told reporters today that he was unsure about Trevor Siemian’s future with the Broncos after this season.
#Broncos Joseph said Siemian "is a warrior. He battled. He's smart tough.. But I am not sure what his future is with (Broncos)." #Denver7

With news surfacing about the number one priority for the Broncos, this offseason will be to find a starter at the quarterback position, it does really cloud Trevor Siemian’s future with the Broncos.
Odds are, the Broncos will keep their former first-round pick Paxton Lynch as the backup going forward, especially if they sign a veteran like Kirk Cousins or Eli Manning. Elway invested too much into getting him to just move on. So add that in with the Broncos finding a starter likely via Free Agency or possibly through the draft and it’s hard to find a spot for him. They already have Chad Kelly to push Lynch for potential backup duties this offseason as well.
Siemian’s trade value is minimal at this point, but he would give another team a backup with 20 or so games of starting experience. I wouldn’t expect more than a late round pick, likely a conditional one in an event of a Siemian trade.
There will be a shakeup at the quarterback position regardless this offseason and it likely means that Trevor Siemian will be the odd man out.
