Broncos at Redskins Week 16: Game time, TV schedule, online stream, odds and more

Game time! With a two-game winning streak, the Denver Broncos are slowly getting their mojo back. Can they continue it against the Washington Redskins? Here’s how to watch!

NFL: New York Jets at Denver Broncos Ron Chenoy-USA TODAY Sports

The Denver Broncos (5-9) were knocked out of the playoffs weeks ago, but have finally started to get some quality quarterback play and have won two-straight games by a combined score of 48-13. They will look to keep the pressure on against the Washington Redskins (6-8) who have had a really bad season defensively.

Game time

Kickoff is set for Sunday, December 24, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Mile High time at FedEx Field in Landover, Maryland.

TV schedule and TV channels

The crew for CBS that will cover this game will be Spero Dedes (play-by-play) and Adam Archuleta (color analyst).

If you see YELLOW in the map below, your region will get the game on your local CBS affiliate. Unfortunately, both Alaska and Hawaii will not have this game in their areas.

Online stream

NFL Game Pass offers live audio and re-airs after the game.

DirecTV's NFL Sunday Ticket has expanded its online streaming service. Verizon subscribers can watch games live with the NFL Mobile app (subscription required, and usual TV blackout rules apply even online).

Radio

Colorado can listen on KOA (850 AM/94.1 FM) or The Fox (103.5 FM) with Dave Logan (play-by-play), Rick Lewis (color analyst) and Tyler Polumbus (sideline reporting).

Spanish radio KNVR (1150 AM) will also broadcast the game with Javier Olivias (play-by-play) and Carlos Valdez (color analyst).

Odds

The opening line was 4.5-points against the Broncos, but has since fallen to just a 3-point advantage for the Redskins. With reports that Brock Osweiler is starting over Paxton Lynch, I would even give a slight edge to the road team here.

Quotable

Chris Harris Jr. is still playing with a massive chip on his shoulder despite having what is developing into a Hall of Fame kind of career.

“I’m undrafted,” Harris said of not being selected to the Pro Bowl. “It’s always going to be like that. I have to go above and beyond on everything that I do even though I have the stats. I have whatever I did, but I’m the second least thrown at corner in the league as a starter. I think I had a great season this year. Teams definitely played me differently. I didn’t get enough targets to be able to change the game like I have in the past. I still had nice numbers and still gave up less touchdowns than a lot of people.”

Predictions

As of this writing, the Broncos still haven’t decided who will be their starting quarterback. It looks like it will be Osweiler, but it could still be Lynch. Given that, I will be making two predictions with Kirk Cousins being thrown in there just for fun.

Prediction: Osweiler 27, Cousins 20. Or Cousins 24, Lynch 13.
