Did Emmanuel Sanders lie to the Broncos to skip out on practice?

Divorces can get nasty, but if this report is true it could present larger problems for the Denver Broncos.

TMZ reported today that Emmanuel Sanders’ estranged wife Gabby claimed that Sanders was not present for their child's birth and that he lied to the Denver Broncos so he could go out and party instead.

Gabby also claims Emmanuel lied to the Broncos -- claiming he told the team he needed to miss a practice in Nov. so he could be in Houston for the birth of their child ... which was a a lie so he could go out partying.

Sanders personal life is really no ones business except his own and those who know him personally. However, if he is lying to the team to skip out on practices then that is something different entirely.

So far the Broncos have declined to comment, but there is little they can do anyway outside of a trade. Sanders’ contract extension makes parting ways with him prohibitive.

The story does seem validate some comments about Sanders that 104.3 The Fan’s Darren McKee made on Twitter late last season. When this news broke, he was quick to point out that the Broncos know all about Sanders.

The only facts we have for sure is that Sanders was there for the actual birth of his child in December. Pregnant women have false labor late in term all the time, so missing practice three weeks before the actual birth isn’t really all that abnormal.

The name is ZOIE... ZOIE Sanders.

It’s also important to note that divorces tend to be nasty affairs. There are plenty of lies and half truths that each party levies against the other. So far, all of these “reports” are unsubstantiated.
