2017 NFL Mock Draft: Consensus picks from latest 50 mock drafts

Which players are getting mocked to each team in the first round?

A great mock draft consensus was created by our sister blog, Blogging the Boys, earlier this week using data compiled from Big Board Football. Seeing all of the data laid out like this really helps see where people see players falling and which teams might be high on a specific player.

Here are those consensus picks for the first round using the data compiled from the 50 latest mock drafts from Big Board Football.

The key takeaway for me is Christian McCaffrey is going to be strongly considered at #14 by the Philadelphia Eagles, but if he makes it past them the Denver Broncos will have a strong chance of landing him at #20.

If John Elway sticks with need, he may still select Garrett Bolles over McCaffrey if Bolles is still there. Then again, the plan may be for Denver to trade back anyway.

One thing is certain while looking over this consensus mock draft: The board falls favorably for Elway and the Broncos. Denver should have its pick of some of the top guys on their board in the first round, which could spur them to trade back considering how many players might still be there at #33 where the Browns sit in the second round.
