The Denver Broncos first pick of the 2017 NFL Draft, barring any trades, will likely occur around 8:30 p.m. MT. A full two plus hours after the Draft starts at 6:00 p.m. MT on Thursday, April 27, 2017 on ESPN and NFL Network.
With 10 total picks and a new rule allowing the trading of compensatory picks, the Broncos have the ammunition to make some trades on draft day, so this order is likely to change.
The Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Bengals each have eleven picks, and are the only two teams enter the draft with more picks than the Broncos.

The Broncos traded away their fifth round pick to the New England Patriots for A.J. Derby last season, while their sixth round pick went to the San Francisco 49ers two years ago for the services of Vernon Davis. Clearly, the Broncos are still searching for a tight end.
A draft day trade with the Tennessee Titans last season netted the sixth rounder they currently have. Their four compensatory picks came from their free agent departures from 2016 who included Brock Osweiler, Malik Jackson, and Danny Trevathan.
