Full 2017 Denver Broncos draft class

The Denver Broncos entered the 2017 NFL Draft with ten picks, but ultimately drafted eight players. Here they are!

The Denver Broncos stood firm in the first two days of the 2017 NFL Draft, despite multiple attempts to trade up, but went on a trade frenzy during the final day of the draft with three separate trades. One trade sent running back Kapri Bibbs to the San Francisco 49ers.

Ultimately, this draft will be remembered as the draft John Elway used to assemble an offense built around speed and big plays. The special teams unit is also going that route, which should make for some fun times in the Mile High City.

There is not much to love about this draft class. The most unpopular pick might be the Brendan Langley pick to end Day 2, but he isn’t expected to start on defense any time soon and has solid special teams ability. He’ll get to learn under the best and we’ll see how that shakes out a year or two from now.

Overall, I think this might be one of Elway’s best overall draft classes. Explosive playmakers all over the place and maulers in the trenches. I cannot wait to see these rookies play.
