On Friday, the NFL announced they will be releasing the 2017 preseason schedule on Monday, April 10th at 3 p.m. MT.

Setting aside the fact that NFL Network will be covering the preseason schedule release live (seriously?), it will be the first taste fans will get of the upcoming 2017 season.
Jon Heath from Broncos Wire also noted that this preseason schedule will not be set in stone as some dates will be flexible until the final version of the regular season schedule is released. That is expected to happen sometime between April 17-21.
A look at the Broncos’ past preseason schedules, I think we can make some educated guesses as to what to expect on Monday.

You can pretty much assume Denver will play the Arizona Cardinals in the final preseason game and there is a very strong possibility they will get the San Francisco 49ers in the second or third game.
These preseason games will be more important than in years’ past as Denver will be preparing their young quarterbacks for the upcoming season.
