It’s no secret that the Denver Broncos No Fly Zone of Chris Harris Jr. and Aqib Talib are an elite tandem. Elliot Harrison of NFL.com took it a step further, putting them in his Top 5 cornerback tandems in NFL history. Obviously, we’ll agree with that.

For the past two seasons, there has been no equal to the pass defense seen in Denver week in and week out. They shut down everyone from Aaron Rodgers to Tom Brady and they do it on the biggest stage in prime time to the playoffs.
The chemistry the Broncos found in Harris and Talib is second to none in the NFL today and a rarity even in NFL annals. If you think they’re done, you would also be mistaken. Talib is unsatisfied with third. He wants it all.

It’s hard to appreciate how special aspects of this Broncos defense is in the moment, but a decade from now it is a unit we’ll all still be looking back on with incredible fondness and amazement at its achievements.
I really do love these stories that come out now, because its recognition that is definitely earned.
