On Sunday, the first padded practice of Denver Broncos training camp, the No Fly Zone flexed its muscles giving both Trevor Siemian and Paxton Lynch their worst days of practice of camp.
Chris Harris Jr. was asked about the defenses mentality on Sunday and he didn’t hold anything back.
“We’re trying to drown them deep in the water every day and that’s our motivation,” Harris said. “We were upset with yesterday’s performance and we wanted to come back today and show them who we are.”
This is such a savage quote. I love this mentality! https://t.co/Dy7GjbgJaT

You can take that any number of ways, but most would see this as Harris saying the defense wasn’t going to cut either quarterback any slack on the field. If Lynch or Siemian is going to have a good practice, they’ll need to earn every completion.
In my family, they call it tough love and at the end of the day the goal is to make them better through adversity.
I still love them tho https://t.co/znIUfjpOZt
