We already knew that quarterback Paxton Lynch(throwing shoulder), and rookie corner Brendan Langley(Knee) were going to be inactive today as they were listed as OUT on the Friday injury report. Veteran Brock Osweiler will serve as the backup for Trevor Siemian and Lorenzo Doss will step up for Langley.
The big news here is that rookie offensive tackle Garett Bolles is active and expected to start at left tackle today for the Broncos. If you remember, Bolles injured his ankle last Sunday and was carted off the field. It looked bad, and Bolles’s reactions made it look even worse. However, it only ended up being a minor injury and Bolles is back out there a week later.
Also active is wide receiver Bennie Fowler who suffered a concussion last Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys. He cleared the concussion protocol on Saturday and was expected to play anyways.
Also inactive for the Broncos is recently signed nose tackle Ahtyba Rubin and running back Devontae Booker.
Here is the rest of the inactives for the Denver Broncos.
