With the conference championship matchups set, it’s time to look toward the 2nd Annual Mile High Report Media Madness Bracket award!
Last year we broke the Broncos media universe into four distinct ‘regions: ‘ Former NFL players, local Denver media, national media, and former Broncos players in media & game broadcasters (there weren’t enough former players in media for a pure region and so they were grouped). Each region ultimately produced their most beloved personality and ultimately, a champion was crowned.
Now that it’s all said and done, it’s crazy to think that 19,111 respondents over the course of this contest voted for Brandon Perna. That’s nearly 86%!
It’s because of those ridiculous numbers that I, on behalf of Mile High Report, can unequivocally declare Brandon Perna the CHAMPION of the 2017 Mile High Report Media Madness Bracket!
However, that was last year and this year is an entirely different story. It’s time to re-populate the field for 2018.
Here’s what the bracket looked like when it was all said and done in 2017.

Who should stay and who should go? There was some consternation last year over the ‘Former NFL Players’ region. Perhaps we should swap those folks out for some more local Denver flavor? What are your thoughts? Who needs to be in this competition? Now’s the time to make your suggestions. Remember, this is purely a popularity contest. Who do you like more? Or rather, whom do you most want to win?
