Mel Kiper has been trying to mock the Broncos a dynasty

Mel Kiper mocked a lot of star talent to the Denver Broncos since 2011. It’s too bad the NFL Drafts didn’t go down as he predicted.

Philly Voice ran a story comparing each teams first round draft picks since 2010 to what Mel Kiper had predicted that year.

Kiper: WR Dez Bryant, CB Patrick Peterson, DT Fletcher Cox, CB Xavier Rhodes, DE Scott Crichton, LB Benardrick McKinney, RB Ezekiel Elliott, OT Garett Bolles.

Actual: WR Demaryius Thomas, QB Tim Tebow, OLB Von Miller, DT Sylvester Williams, CB Bradley Roby, DE Shane Ray, QB Paxton Lynch, OT Garett Bolles.

Looking over the Denver Broncos picks, I’m seeing the makings of a dynasty. I think the only difference on the list that would make me lose sleep at night would be Von Miller. Swap him for Patrick Peterson and this thing is a dynasty in the making - especially with Peyton Manning for half of those years.

Granted, the NFL Draft goes wild and a lot of these players Kiper mocked to the Broncos were long gone before John Elway came up to bat, but it is nice to know Kiper has our backs.
