Before getting into his most special moment from the Denver Broncos Super Bowl 50 victory, DeMarcus Ware touched on how Von Miller helped revitalize his career in the NFL. Before the game, he asked Miller if they had ever truly taken over a game.
Take over the game they did. With a combined 4.5 sacks and two forced fumbles, Miller and Ware were a force to be reckoned with in the Super Bowl.
Amazingly, Ware never got to touch the Lombardi Trophy in the moments after the game, but it was sitting there in his locker when he returned. Alone, savoring the accomplishment, Peyton Manning came to him and said, “We did it.”
That was Ware’s moment. The ultimate team achievement.
What was @DeMarcusWare's favorite memory of winning Super Bowl 50?
