According to Adam Schefter, the Denver Broncos are listening to trade offers for wide receiver Demaryius Thomas.
A handful of teams have reached out to Denver to see whether the Broncos would be willing to part ways with the five-time Pro Bowler, who was a first-round pick in 2010, and Denver has not rebuffed those advances to date, according to sources.
Thomas has been with the Broncos since being drafting in the first round of the 2010 NFL Draft putting up Ring of Fame type numbers ever since. In nine seasons, Thomas has amassed 662 receptions for 9025 yards and 60 touchdowns.
With the emergence of rookie Courtland Sutton as a legitimate pass catching threat, the Broncos must have felt they could move on from Thomas without suffering too much loss on the offense. In seven games, Thomas has 33 catches for 372 yards and three touchdowns.
It looks like linebacker Brandon Marshall is also on the trade block, but Thomas has received the most interest to date according to Mike Klis of 9News.
The trade deadline is October 30, so if the Broncos are to get any deals done it would need to be in place by then.
