When the Denver Broncos drafted Bradley Chubb fifth overall in the 2018 NFL Draft, many felt they got the best player in the draft.

So far so good.
With 5.5 sacks in October, Chubb ranked third in the NFL behind Aaron Donald (8) and Dee Ford (6), earning the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Month award. Chubb became just the third Bronco to earn such an award with Von Miller in November 2011 and D.J. Williams December 2004.
Chubb is having himself a fine rookie season, compiling seven sacks, six tackles for a loss, and one force fumble. He and Von Miller are making a fine edge rushing duo through eight games.
