Here is your final injury report for the Broncos and Texans.

The Denver Broncos and the Houston Texans released their final injury report of the week ahead of their Sunday afternoon matchup. For the Broncos, they will be without one of their starting corners for this game.

The big news here is that the Broncos will be without starting cornerback Bradley Roby for this game. He’s dealing with an ankle injury and did not practice at all this week. Look for veteran’s Tramaine Brock and Adam Jones to get reps in his place. Rookie Isaac Yiadom figures to get some playing time as well.

Jones did sit out practice, but it was due to a family matter and he is expected to be fine for Sunday’s game according to Head Coach Vance Joseph.

“Yes, but he’ll be fine. He’s back tonight. He had a family matter. We’ve got [Tramaine] Brock, we’ve got Adam and we’ve got Isaac [Yiadom]—outside of Chris [Harris Jr.], obviously. We’re fine, we’re in good shape and we’ve got four healthy guys for the game.”

The other players who have been ruled for Sunday’s game are rookie wide receiver DaeSean Hamilton, linebacker Brandon Marshall, and safety Darian Stewart.

Look for first-year wide receiver Tim Patrick to get extra reps with Demaryius Thomas now traded and rookie DaeSean Hamilton ruled out. Also, look for rookie linebacker Josey Jewell to get the start in place of Brandon Marshall and safety Will Parks to once again get the start in place of Darian Stewart.

Rookie running back Royce Freeman is listed as questionable, but Head Coach Vance Joseph hinted that they may sit the rookie for one more week to let him get back to 100%.

“I think he’s getting better fast, but I think for the long haul of the season, sitting him one more week may help. But, we’ll see how he feels tomorrow. He’s getting [better] really fast, so if he’s ready to go, he will go.”

In some rare good injury news, the Broncos will be getting veteran right tackle Jared Veldheer back this week. He has missed about a month due to a knee injury and will now slide back in at right tackle. It is good timing because the Texans have one of the better front sevens in football.

For the Texans, they will be without their starting inside linebacker Zach Cunningham for this game. Also, it appears that cornerbacks Aaron Colvin and Johnathan Joseph will sit out this game as well which appears to be a battle between two wounded secondaries. Electric rookie wide receiver Keke Coutee is also a game-time decision for the game on Sunday.
