Jeff Holland might finally get his chance.

Since Denver Broncos training camp and preseason, there’s been a desire to see the undrafted outside linebacker. When it was announced earlier this week that Shaquil Barrett would miss at least two weeks, it seemed the natural progression was move Holland off the practice squad. That was made official on Friday. It’s still uncertain if he’ll see the field on Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals, but Holland’s chance is closer.

On Friday’s 1st & 10 @ 10 on Orange and Blue 760, Ryan Edwards, Andrew Mason and Steve Atwater talked to Holland about the roster move and the potential to play in his first regular-season game.

As he told the guys: “Whatever they need, I’m down to do it.”
