A pair of strong playoff contenders square off on Thursday Night Football with the Carolina Panthers (6-2) travelling to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers (5-2-1).
The Panthers have won three-straight and have scored over 30 points in four of their six wins, so their offense has been clicking quite nicely as they have quietly kept pace with the New Orleans Saints in their division.
Meanwhile, the Steelers too have been quietly putting together a strong season having won four-straight. The AFC is much a weaker conference, so the Steelers just need to have the New England Patriots or Kansas City Chiefs falter a bit down the stretch to have a chance to snag a first round bye in the playoffs.
