What a great way to spend Christmas Eve, eh?
After this debacle, everyone associated with this organization deserves to find a heaping of coal in their stockings and presents under their tree full of used underwear.
It’s the latest embarrassing historical loss by the Denver Broncos (6-9) under Vance Joseph. The 27-14 defeat to the Oakland Raiders (4-11) ensures the Broncos have back-to-back losing seasons for the first time since 1971-72. At least when the Broncos lose, they make it worthwhile.
It’s almost over.
Winners
Broncos Country
We only have one more game to endure, and it cannot end soon enough.
Adam Gotsis
At least the Aussie showed up. The Broncos defensive end finished with two tackles, one sack, one tackle for loss, one pass defended and one quarterback hit.
Losers (hopefully they all get coal in their stockings)
John Elway and Joe Ellis
These two guys are responsible for the Broncos first back-to-back losing seasons in 46 years. They made the decisions, they made the hires, they made this possible. Never in the history of Pat Bowlen’s ownership has this happened, and it’s a shame this falls on him. What will Elway and Ellis do to fix what is clearly broken?
Broncos plane should leave EVERYONE in Oakland. This is embarrassing

Vance Joseph and coaching staff
Joseph all but ensured he and his staff will be gone when the season mercifully ends next week, but he shouldn’t get the chance. This historical loss should be the final game in which Joseph leads this franchise. Pathetic is the best way to describe it, but so is expected. As others have noted on social media, it takes a special kind of ineptitude to lose to the New York Jets, San Francisco 49ers and Raiders.
Case Keenum
I don’t care if he threw two touchdowns in this game, Denver’s quarterback should go with Joseph. Cut your losses and move on. He’s not the guy to lead this franchise, but just like Joseph, Keenum will get one season too many.
The Broncos
The coaches didn’t do the players any favors, see Von Miller and Bradley Chubb in pass coverage repeatedly, but it was clear from the start the players phoned in this game. The Broncos didn’t even care about the history they could have avoided, and to play like that versus the Raiders makes it even worse. To play like that ever is just disgusting. They have moved on to 2019, so we should as well.
Broncos Country
We lose because we had to watch that shit show. How much more do we have to endure?
The Raiders
They’re on here for numerous reasons, but the biggest is they will most likely not get the No. 1 pick in the NFL Draft now because of this win. So it’s not all bad.
Merry Christmas, Broncos Country!
