Munchak is a long time assistant who got his first head coaching gig with the Tennessee Titans from 2011-2013. He would be fired after three seasons after finishing with a 22-26 record with no playoff appearances.
As an offensive line coach, Munchak’s line in Pittsburgh finished fourth in DVOA for pass protection and 15th in rushing DVOA.
