The playoffs is a legitimate dream for the Denver Broncos after winning their last three games, but that dream can only stay alive with a win against the San Francisco 49ers.
For the Denver Broncos, they need to stick to their winning formula of running the ball and playing good defense. If they keep winning these do-or-die games then they’ll start to prove there is something special about this group.
“I think our football team believes that we can be a special group,” Head Coach Vance Joseph said on Friday. “Even with the close losses that we had early in the season, our team knew that we were close. That starts from the locker room with the leadership from the older guys who won at a high level, and it trickled down to our young guys. We all knew if we continued to work, it would turn. It’s turning right now, but again, it’s week to week. It’s an NFL game we’re going to play on Sunday morning so we’ve got to play our best ball to win.”
The work continues and they must beat the 49ers to keep it going.
