Good morning, Broncos Country!
We’re closer and closer to decision time.
As Adam Malnati and I discussed on the latest MHR Radio Podcast, this week is when we could start to get an idea of the path the Broncos take. If history holds true to form, in the coming days we’ll be able to glean what is real and BS. Of course, there’s a chance this year is the anomaly and we won’t know until the week of the draft.
Coupled with all of this is that Baker Mayfield will make his visit to Denver on Monday and Tuesday. He’s the last quarterback in the draft to do so. What makes this visit somewhat interesting is it coincides with the first phase of the Broncos’ offseason schedule. So Mayfield will be in the facility at the same time the team gathers for the first time. Perhaps it’s nothing. Perhaps it’s something. It’s at least interesting.
At the very least, we’re closer to the draft and discovering what the Broncos will do. Whatever it is, hopefully it adds to the swag Denver acquired in free agency with punter Marquette King. Celebrate that swag with this awesome new shirt from MHR.
