Denver Broncos tryout six players at minicamp

The Denver Broncos host six players for tryouts at Mandatory Minicamp on Tuesday.

According to Mike Klis of 9News, the Denver Broncos held tryouts for six players at Mandatory Minicamp on Tuesday. Those players were P Colby Wadman, ILB T.J. McCollum, QB Bo Brewer, DL Antonio Simmons, DL Nordly Capi, and DL Caushaud Lyons.

Capi has the most NFL experience of the group having bounced around several teams since coming into the league in 2017. He once got into a brawl at Colorado State University and was part of a lengthy drug probe there. He ultimately transferred to Akron after those incidents.

The rest could end up competing for a spot on the roster after the Broncos waived Deiontrez Mount on Monday.
