The Broncos have worn this color rush color combination twice the past two seasons. Most recently they wore last December in a Thursday Night matchup against the Indianapolis Colts in a game in which they came away as the winners. They first wore these jerseys in 2016 on the road in San Diego on TNF where they lost to the Chargers. This will be the first-time the Broncos home fans will see this color combo on the home field.
This color rush jersey was a popular one amongst fans. The all orange look is always a hit but the real draw here was the old Broncos logo being on the helmet.
The Broncos also announced that they would wear their blue alternate jerseys not once, but twice next season. My guess is that we will get one game of the blue jersey/white pants combo and another of the all blue blueberry look.
