Von Miller works hard to keep his explosiveness off the line of scrimmage intact. Here’s a couple of examples of Miller working on the strength in those legs on Monday.

Then with the same weighted vest, he tackled an even more difficult challenge of running up a very sandy hillside.

Since being awarded Most Valuable Player of Super Bowl 50, Miller has gotten stronger in his core and in lower body. That explosiveness has helped him maintain the game-wrecking play style he has shown throughout his career.
There is no doubt in my mind he is on his way to becoming the greatest outside linebacker in NFL history.
