According to Zac Stevens from BSN, Denver Broncos safety/inside linebacker Su’a Cravens has returned to the practice field for the first time since the start of training camp when knee soreness sidelined him. This is welcome news as Cravens figures to be a big factor in the Broncos defense covering running backs and tight ends.

Cravens was acquired in a trade from the Washington Redskins a month before the 2018 NFL Draft, swapping fourth and fifth round picks with Denver throwing in an additional fifth rounder.
After being out of football for a year, Cravens is attempting to make a comeback and has the talent to play the kind of role the Broncos hope to get out of him this season. Getting him back onto the practice field is a huge step towards him being ready to play Week 1.
