Clinton McDonald is a massive human being.
At 6-foot-2, 297 pounds, the “new” defensive tackle for the Denver Broncos could utilize that size in a huge way for the defense. McDonald’s presence along the defensive line adds quality depth to an already formative group.
For the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last season, McDonald tallied five sacks, 29 tackles and a pass defended. If he’s able to carry over what he did for Tampa Bay to the Broncos, it will make the defense even tougher for opposing offenses to contain. If Denver is able to get consistent pressure from the interior line, coupled with the Orange Rush on the outside ... watch out.
