The Athletic’s Nicki Jhabvala reported earlier that the Broncos cut two wide receivers - Isaiah McKenzie and River Cracraft.
The Broncos are cutting WRs Isaiah McKenzie and River Cracraft, per source.

And so far that leaves the Broncos currently with five wide receivers on the 53-man roster: Demaryius Thomas, Emmanuel Sanders, Courtland Sutton, DaeSean Hamilton and Tim Patrick.
Cracraft had a good training camp, but Patrick began to shine in the preseason.
As for McKenzie, we all know that story. He showed improvement this offseason/preseason, but the late fumble in the third preseason game likely sealed his fate.
Update - 9/2/17
McKenzie was then added back to the active roster as the Broncos moved Su'a Cravens to injured reserve. McKenzie could be an insurance policy as a return man in case Adam Jones doesn’t work out.
