After a day that saw Denver cutting a majority of their 2017 draft class, the Broncos also cut one of their picks from the 2018 class.
Of the Broncos' 2018 rookie class, nine of 10 drafted players and one undrafted player made the team.

7th round pick David Williams was waived today, with Denver hoping to bring him back to the practice squad.

This move is a bit surprising as it leaves Denver with only three running backs on the current roster. Given the physicality of the position, I would think Denver would want at least one more, but if they are able to keep David Williams on the practice squad, it may be the best of both worlds.
