The Denver Broncos (1-0) will host the Oakland Raiders (0-1) in Week 2 action. Despite a mistake-prone outing from the offense in Week 1, they were able to comeback and beat the visiting Seattle Seahawks, while the Raiders mistake-prone offensive outing led to a blowout home loss to the Los Angeles Rams.
Case Keenum has been talking about taking care of the football this week, so we could see a more conservative game plan. This might be a good thing as both rookies Royce Freeman and Phillip Lindsay were impressive in their first NFL game.
On the defensive side of things, the Broncos will need to keep Jared Cook from duplicating his Week 1 performance and also keep Martavis Bryant from going hog wild which has he done on several occasions against this defense. With the Orange Rush, the secondary should be able to avoid getting beat deep on that end.
