The name Mike Munchak elicits a wide-range of responses.

Love, hate or indifferent, it seems there is no consensus for one of the five candidates to become the 17th head coach of the Denver Broncos. The current offensive line coach for the Pittsburgh Steelers interviewed with John Elway and his committee on Friday. The former Tennessee Titans head coach was the third candidate to interview for their head coaching vacancy. New England Patriots defensive coordinator Brian Flores is next, and that happens on Saturday in Boston.

On Friday’s 1st & 10 @ 10 on Orange & Blue 760, Ryan Edwards, Andrew Mason and Pro Football Hall of Fame finalist Steve Atwater interviewed Jim Wyatt. As Mase pointed out on Twitter, Wyatt has covered the Titans for many years, including the Munchak era, and breaks down what happened in Tennessee, how Munchak grew and what he learned over three years as Titans head coach.

It’s a very good interview that offers great insight into the next potential head coach of the Broncos.
