The Denver Broncos opened 5.5-point underdogs to the Buffalo Bills this week, but that line has steadily shifted in Denver’s favor after their impressive loss to the Minnesota Vikings last week. The line now stands at 3.5-4-points with most oddmakers.
An interesting note here is that the Bills have not won back-to-back games since Week 7. After a 5-1 start, they are now 2-2 in their last four with both wins coming against the lowly Washington Redskins and Miami Dolphins, while their losses have come to the Philadelphia Eagles and Cleveland Browns.
This was a game I had pegged as one of the four road games in this five game stretch that they could have a really good chance of winning. If they play like they did in the first half against the Vikings, they should do just that. The Bills have a road game with the Dallas Cowboys after this, so hopefully they are looking ahead to that a bit here.
The over/under here is 37.5 and has risen a bit since the Broncos scoring jumped after Joe Flacco stopped being the starter. Also, the Bills are just 2-3 at home against the spread this year.
Given all that, do you think the Broncos will come out and snag a road win in Buffalo this weekend?
