Anyone paying attention to the pre-game reports suspected that Von Miller would be inactive against the Los Angeles Chargers. In pre-game warm-ups, Miller looked very shaky as he attempted to test his left knee and is now confirmed to miss his first start in 95 games.

That is a huge blow to the Denver Broncos defense.
On the offensive side of the ball, Ja’Wuan James is also inactive despite being a full participant in practice all week. We’re not sure what is going on there, but the big free agent signing has played about 30 snaps all season.
About the good news is that Alexander Johnson and Shelby Harris will play. Drew Lock getting his first start will need quite a big of help getting the ball out quick as the outside pressure from both sides has been a source of issues for Denver’s offense in recent weeks.
Here is a full break down of gameday inactives for the Broncos-Chargers game.
