Merry Christmas: Even Vic Fangio thinks Drew Lock has a bright future

Broncos News on Drew Lock, Chris Harris, Jr., and all the playoff hype in the rest of the NFL landscape

NFL: Detroit Lions at Denver Broncos Isaiah J. Downing-USA TODAY Sports

Merry Christmas and Happiest of Holiday Seasons to all of you in Broncos Country!

Every start by Drew Lock this season has gotten me more and more excited (yes, even the horrible team showing in the KC game had some positives for the young QB). There’s no way to know this early whether a guy is the future of the team or if he’s going to continue to develop into the kind of NFL QB we all want him to be.

But my eyes tell me this young man is better equipped with more of the abilities and skills I see from winning NFL QBs than any QB we’ve had under center for about 5 years. For this Broncos fan, that’s one of the best Christmas gifts I think our fans could get this year.

Stay safe this holiday season and cheers for looking forward to next year and the growth of this team!
