The creation of a team is like a puzzle.
When you drop the pieces on a table, it looks like a complete mess. It seems overwhelming, depending on the amount of pieces you have. But with patience and time, the pieces start to fill in. There are still times you try to force it, and when you do, to try to replace it with a more natural fit.
The first pieces of the Denver Broncos puzzle have been put in place, now over the next week or so, even more will be put in place.
