Ryan Edwards, Andrew Mason, and Steve Atwater on First and 10 on Orange and Blue 760 caught up with former Miami Dolphins wide receiver O.J. McDuffie to talk about Ja’Wuan James who was signed by the Denver Broncos during the legal tampering period for a record-breaking contract for a right tackle.

McDuffie, who is very involved in what is going on with the Dolphins, talked about the value James will bring to Denver at the position. With the revolving door at right tackle being an issue for most of John Elway’s tenure in Denver, it will be nice to have someone here to bookend Garett Bolles on the line.

Vic Fangio, in an interview today along with John Elway, noted that the Broncos front office had a list of players they hoped to target in free agency. After he and his staff watched the tape, they came to a group of players all sides were excited about and James was on that list. If that’s the case and Mike Munchak is excited to have James on his offensive line unit, then that’s all I need to know.
