The departure of a popular player always bring mixed emotions.
When that player leaves for a division rival, it only amps up the the feelings that fans have. The most recent example is linebacker Brandon Marshall who left the Denver Broncos for the hated Oakland Raiders. Marshall signed a one-year deal with the Raiders on Thursday. As I said, talk about mixed emotions.
Marshall joined Friday’s 1st & 10 @ 10 on Orange and Blue 760 to talk about the move, his time with the Broncos and why chose Oakland.
Broncos fans wish Marshall success, just not the two times the rivals smash helmets.
Marshall, thank you for what you brought to the organization — on the field and off. And thank you for your role in bringing the Broncos their third Lombardi Trophy.
