Looks like Denver’s draft is now officially over. The Broncos traded their sixth-round pick along with their remaining seventh-rounder to move up to #187, selecting wide receiver Juwann Winfree.

We’ve selected Colorado WR Juwann Winfree in the sixth round. He’s a tough, physical player with a lot of top-flight traits with his size, speed and hands. Great to add another player with in-state ties to the Broncos. pic.twitter.com/tnR8z29XUv

Local Colorado prospect, Winfree, has good size at 6’1” 210lbs and will add more athleticism and competition to Denver’s wide receiver group.
Good for WR Juwann Winfree - injures hurt his production in college, but he has NFL talent. 6-1, 210 with 4.51 speed. Ex-Maryland.

If the #Broncos are patient, Winfree can stick on a roster.
With pick 187 in the 2019 NFL Draft, the #Broncos select Juwann Winfree, WR, Colorado.

Juwann Winfree stayed in Colorado to train ahead of the draft at Landow Performance. I remember someone who knows him well telling me: "If you thought Phillip Lindsay surprised, wait until you see Juwann Winfree."

In 6th round, pick 187, Broncos drafted Colorado WR Juwann Winfree, who battled high ankle sprain last season. Winfree is 6’2, 210, 4.48 40, great hands. Winfree has same agent, Mike McCartney, as former CU teammate Phillip Lindsay; McCartney says Winfree is this year’s Lindsay.
