Phillip Lindsay exploded onto the scene last season setting an NFL records becoming both the first undrafted rookie to gain over a 100 yards from scrimmage in his first two games and becoming the first undrafted rookie on offense to earn Pro Bowl honors.
He would finish with 1,037 yards on 192 carries for a 5.4 yards per rush average. He added another 35 receptions for 241 yards as well and 10 total touchdowns. He should continue to be lightning in a bottle for the Denver Broncos in 2019, which is why he landed at No. 68 on the NFL’s Top 100 list this week.
"I don't know what's wrong with this guy, but he's got a lot of confidence in himself."

The ‘Colorado Kid’ as he became known made his name by exceeding all expectations and being an electric player on the field. As a fan, I’d be hard-pressed to name a player I’m more excited about on offense than Phillip Lindsay.
When asked about what it means to him to be voted on this list, the ever humble Lindsay noted that the honor is all about the fact that its voted on by his own colleagues in the league. To have other players recognize you belong and are among the leagues best is quite an achievement for an undrafted rookie who had every team overlook him in every single round of the 2018 NFL Draft.
It’s going to be a fun sophomore year for him and the Broncos.
While the video above is a fun one to watch, I couldn’t leave this post without including a full-sized Phillip Lindsay highlight reel. You’ll need to click through over to YouTube to watch it, but you won’t be disappointed.
