Hogan, 26, will need to perform well to hold off second-round pick Drew Lock for that backup spot behind Joe Flacco. However, Brett Rypien is a threat too as he has come out and had a solid training camp as well.
Entering his fourth season, Hogan has some live game action under his belt as a member of the Cleveland Browns in 2016 and 2017. He completed 59.4% of his passes for 621 yards with 4 touchdowns and 7 interceptions.
Kickoff for the Hall of Fame Game is set for Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. Mile High time at Tom Benson Stadium in Canton, Ohio.
