Bears at Broncos odds: Chicago’s line grows to 3 over Denver

After scoring 3 points in a home loss, the Chicago Bears see their odds of winning grow on the road against the Denver Broncos in Week 2.

The Denver Broncos open up at home against the Chicago Bears in Week 2. Both teams are coming off losses in Week 1 and will be desperate for that first win in this game.

The betting odds opened with a slight favorite to the road team, but after the Broncos laid an egg on the road against the Oakland Raiders on Monday Night Football, the line grew to 3 points in favor of Chicago.

That seems odd, considering the Bears could only muster a pathetic three points in their home opener. That game was on prime time against a division rival too!

It is by no means a gimme for Denver, but if Chicago’s offense can’t even get things going with the crowd on their side - how will they do it front of a hostile Broncomaniac-filled stadium?

The over/under is currently at 40. That one might be going on the under.

I don’t know Broncos Country, what do you think? I just feel like the Bears are getting way too much credit after the offensive stinker they laid in their home opener last week.
