NFL Network’s lead draft analyst Daniel Jeremiah has released his mock mock draft of the offseason earlier today and has the Broncos giving quarterback an explosive weapon.

Jeremiah has the Broncos selecting Alabama wide receiver Jerry Jeudy with their 15th overall selection in the 2020 NFL Draft. Here is his reasoning for the selection.
School: Alabama | Year: Junior
Jeudy would give the Broncos one of the most exciting collections of young skill-position players in the league. Adding him to a group that already includes Drew Lock, Courtland Sutton, Noah Fant and Phillip Lindsay would strike fear into opposing defensive coordinators.
Jeudy is a 6’1”, 192lb wide receiver who became one of the best receiving prospects and playmakers in the nation during his time in Alabama. He played a total of three seasons at Alabama and put up some impressive numbers during his time there. During his three-year career at Alabama, Jeudy totaled 159 receptions for 2,742 yards, and 26 touchdowns. A very productive and impressive collegiate career for him.
Here is what The Draft Network’s Kyle Crabbs had to say about Jeudy is his prospect breakdown of the talented wide reciever.
Jerry Jeudy is a top shelf receiving prospect with elite footwork, route running ability and suddenness to be a constant big play producer in the NFL. Jeudy offers dynamic foot speed and masterful route running ability and projects favorably to any style passing offense. Alabama’s offensive diversity between 2018 and 2019 have Jeudy well versed in a vast array of routes and his fundamentals and technique will net early booming results for whoever selects him in 2020.
I know many(myself included) would love to see the Broncos select Jeudy’s teammate Henry Ruggs in the first-round, but Jeudy might be the better pick. While Ruggs has that elite blazing speed, Jeudy has a better all-around game as well as some impressive separation and speed as well. This pick would give the Broncos a very intriguing young core on offense that would include quarterback Drew Lock, running back Phillip Lindsay, wide receiver Courtland Sutton, and tight end Noah Fant. On paper, that is one impressive young group of players to build around.
As of right now, I think wide receiver is the odds on favorite of being the position the Broncos address in the first-round. The question is, who will that player be? Will it be CeeDee Lamb? Jerry Jeudy? Henry Ruggs? Laviska Shenault? Jalen Reagor? Brandon Aiyuk? or someone else.
We shall see. Until then, let us sit back and enjoy some Jerry Jeudy highlights.
