In a battle of winless teams, the Denver Broncos and New York Jets square off on Thursday Night Football. One team had high hopes entering the season, but faced a mountain of injuries to start the season while the other is looking at firing their head coach if he loses this next game.
For the Broncos, they have Drew Lock, Blake Bortles, Phillip Lindsay, Davontae Harris, Netane Muti, Albert Okwuegbunam, and Jeremiah Attaochu inactive for this game. We won’t go into the players they have on injured reserve. That might take too much time here.
On the other side, the Jets have a couple of players down. While they are far healthier than the Broncos are, Denver is still a slight favorite in this game. However, with Sam Darnold and Jamison Crowder back together they should have some offense. That means it will come down to Brett Rypien to lead some drives tonight.
