Broncos wouldn’t be a good fit for Le’Veon Bell

Le’Veon Bell should probably go to a contender like the Kansas City Chiefs. The Denver Broncos are not quite there at this point.

The New York Jets made the move to release running back Le’Veon Bell on Tuesday night and immediately the Twitter world exploded with fans from almost every fanbase clamoring for their team to sign him.

Ryan Edwards and Benjamin Allbright of Broncos Country Tonight had Steve Atwater on their show to discuss this topic and Atwater thinks that would be a foolish move for the Denver Broncos to make. They have Melvin Gordon III and Phillip Lindsay so why would signing Bell make any sense whatsoever?

Realistically, Bell will be looking to join a contender like the Kansas City Chiefs or Baltimore Ravens in the AFC or the Seattle Seahawks and Green Bay Packers in the NFC.

The Broncos shouldn’t even pick the phone up. They are good to go at running back and they likely won’t be contending this year anyway. Not that Bell would entertain the idea of joining the Broncos right now anyway with the amount of issues with injuries they’ve got and the poor record through the first quarter of the season.

What do you think Broncos Country?
