With the COVID-19 outbreak hitting the New England Patriots, the NFL has decided to move their game with the Denver Broncos from Sunday to Monday afternoon at 3:05 p.m. Mile High time. This will give the Patriots an extra day to have 100% negative test rates.
Broncos have been informed their game against New England will be moved from Sunday to Monday night per source. It will be early Monday night game. #9sports

Like last week when Cam Newton tested positive for the coronavirus, the NFL moved the Patriots-Chiefs game to Monday night. All seemingly went well as no new Patriot players tested positive and the game was played, but then Patriots defensive lineman Bill Murray tested positive on Tuesday morning and cornerback Stephon Gilmore on Wednesday.
That delay in positives should have the NFL and NFLPA very worried about what they thought they knew about the virus and how to contain an outbreak.
While the Patriots were in the clear on Thursday with no new positives, they are not even close to being in the clear just yet. Their facilities are entirely shut down as the organization holds it breath with each passing day of testing. They’ll likely need negatives all through to game day for this rescheduled date to happen.
